Welcome, Lightning Talks and Wall Setting

TCampEU will be opened in Transparency Hall (the big room on the 3rd floor). All parts of the program located in Transparency Hall (shown as blue in the schedule) will be moderated by Hera Hussain. The first 30 minutes will consist of a welcome and lightning talks by:

Arjan El Fassed (Open State Foundation, CEO) and Thijs van der Plas (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Director-General for European Cooperation)
Alex Brenninkmeijer (Member of the European Court of Auditors)

In the final 30 minutes we will create The Wall (i.e, the schedule)! In other words, you are invited to submit a session if you want to and we'll fill up The Wall and also publish them on our online schedule.
