Open environmental data: a use case of adding the links
How can we multiply the value of open environmental data and help research, media and citizens make the most of it? Although available, data are not enough, both quantitatively and qualitatively. There are ways that can help go beyond the current status quo, by making data usable, complementing them via crowdsourcing and combining them with other datasets to investigate and tell stories. Especially relevant for NGO's & (data)journalists, the session will discuss how we can go from low-level data to KPIs using linked open data.
