App Competition Pitches
Several competitive events were organised in the run up to this unconference consisting of an online App Competition and local events across Europe. The winners of the local events together with nominees from the online App Competition will pitch their applications to a jury in Transparency Hall. The winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd place) will be announced during the closing statement.The jury consist of:
- Alex Brenninkmeijer, Member of the European Court of Auditors
- Chris Taggart, Co-founder and CEO of OpenCorporates
- Tony Agotha, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands
- Agnieszka Zając, EU Publications Office/EU Open Data Portal
- Sicco van Sas, Senior Developer at Open State Foundation
